• November 28 – 29 : Buchan, working bee and Annual General Meeting

Volunteers will be treated to a free barbeque held at 6PM on the Saturday of each working bee weekend, at Homeleigh. Meat and salads provided; bring your own drinks.
Please let someone on the committee know if you are coming so that adequate catering arrangements can be made.

G’day Friends,

The AGM will be held this weekend.

GRANTS

The Friends have successfully applied and been granted $4900 for Federal Cave.

Working Bee Program For 28th and 29th of November

Working Bee will be to:

• Empty donations and renovate the boards from Royal and Fairy Caves.
• Finish tidying up the old fencing material at the pot holes.
• Check on the condition of the information boards at the Potholes and Wilson’s.

Please contact Erica on 03 9808 7248 prior to working bee for catering and accommodation for Homleigh and Caves House.

The $2 individual and $5 family annual membership fee becomes due at the AGM.

Accommodation: Camping in caves reserve is free. Normal rates apply at Homeleigh. There will also be free accommodation if available at Caves House.

Peter Rob and I will be at Buchan for the previous week (23-27 Nov) working (not to hard) in Federal cave, so if any Friends would like a weeks holiday break at Buchan there will be light work available to fill in time.
